Article Snippet: Analytical SEC To study concentration dependences of hydrodynamics of proteins, we preincubated protein samples (100 μ L) and subjected them to SEC on a calibrated Superdex 200 Increase 10/300 column (GE Healthcare Life Sciences) equilibrated with a 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.6, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, and 3 mM β -mercaptoethanol and operated at 25°C at 1.2 mL/min flow rate.
